Introduction

If your organisation allows it, you can add images to a document. The images will go at the bottom as an appendix.

Adding an image

Note: Images should only support the document's main content. Make sure there is no contractual language in the images, and it conforms to your company's rules and policies.

To add an image:

1.   Hover your mouse over the three dots at the top right of your document.

2.   Click the Images option.

3.   This will open the Document Images window. Click "Choose an image" and select the file you want to upload.

Images must be .jpg or .png and under 5MB.

4. You will see a preview of your image. Give it a name like "Figure 1" or "Project Timeline", and provide a short description explaining what the image shows. Both the name and description will be added to the appendix.

5.   Click "OK" to add your image. To close the window, click on the "X" in the top right corner.

Note: The image will not show up on the right side of the page. Instead, it will be visible once your document has been completed.

Deleting an image

To delete an image:

1.   Hover your mouse over the three dots at the top right of your document.

2.   Click the Images option.

3.    Look for the image you want to remove and click the "Delete" icon in the top-right corner of that image.

4.    In the message that appears, click "Yes" to delete the image, name, and description.
