Learn how to update the currency, view contributors, and check document activity in document actions and properties.

Introduction
To find your document actions and properties:
1. Hover your mouse over the three dots at the top right of your document.
Note: Actions and properties are limited to certain user roles or document types. You will only see the options you have permission to view or edit.
Changing the default document currency
Your organisation has a default currency for all documents, but you can easily change it for an individual document. Here’s how:
1. Hover your mouse over the three dots at the top right of your document.
2. Click the Currency option.
3. In the text field, click “✗” to clear the current currency. Then choose the new currency by typing or using the dropdown. |
4. Click Save.
Viewing document activity
In actions, you can easily keep track of who has access to your document as well as the changes that have been made since you created it.
a. Viewing document contributors
To see who has access to your document:
1. Hover your mouse over the three dots at the top right of your document.
2. Click the Access option.
3. This will open the Document Access window. Here, you can add co-authors, see who has access to your document, and check when they were last active.
b. Viewing document history
Note: Only the document author (the person who started the document) can see the document history.
1. Hover your mouse over the three dots at the top right of your document.
2. Click the Audit History option.
3. This opens the Document Audit History. It shows a record of all activities since you started the document, with timestamps. The most recent activities appear at the top.
Tip: To see changes to a specific answer, go to the question and click the Question Library icon.
You can access the Document Audit History for a completed document too. Open your completed document, hover over the three dots at the top right, and click the Audit History option.
