Introduction

Surveys are a built-in feature for assessments and documents, allowing users to provide feedback on their experience from an assessment pop-up on the report screen, or completed document screen.

Note: You can only see surveys if your organisation has enabled this feature on Work Author

How to complete a survey

Once you have completed an assessment or document, you will see a pulsing icon on the bottom right of your report screen/completed document screen.

  1. The icon will pulse a few times before automatically opening the survey. You can also click on the icon to open the survey.
  2. Click on the stars to provide a star rating between 1-5.
  3. Click on the blank text box to type qualitative feedback.

4. Click submit once you have finished completing the survey. The icon will change to a tick and then disappear.

You can only take one survey per assessment or document completion.

How to view survey responses

Note: Only Work Author users with certain roles can perform actions described in this section.

1. From your dashboard, click on “Surveys” on the left-hand menu.

2. Click on the survey that you want to view the responses for.

You will be taken to the survey’s responses page. Here, you will be able to see the overall star rating for the survey, star ratings for all the individual questions, and a list of survey submissions from most recent to least.

3. Click into a survey submission on the list to view the individual responses and any qualitative feedback they may have provided.
