Introduction

Note: Only Work Author users with certain roles can perform actions described in this article.

To see assessments completed by your team or organisation:

1.   Click "Assessments" in the menu on the left of your dashboard.

2.  You'll see assessments organised into two groups:

  • Active: Live assessments that users can still take.
  • Inactive: Archived assessments that users can't take anymore. For example, an assessment might be updated and replaced by a new version.

Tip: Once an assessment is inactive, you'll only need to download the responses once because no more will come in.

Viewing your team or organisation's assessments

1.   Click "Assessments" in the menu on the left of your dashboard.

2.   Find the assessment you want to see responses for in either the active or inactive group and click on it.

You will see a list of completed assessments.

Tip: Use the search field to find a specific assessment. For example, search by username, completion date, or DEP ID.

4. Click on an individual assessment to view the answers.

Downloading a CSV for assessment reports

If you need to use data about assessments outside of Work Author, you can easily download it as a .csv file.

1.   Click "Assessments" in the menu on the left of your dashboard.

2. Find the assessment you want to download data for in either the active or inactive group and click on it.

3.  Optional: Filter and sort the list of responses to narrow down the data for your download.

If you skip this step, your download will include data for all responses, both complete and incomplete, since the assessment went live.

3.   Click "Download CSV" on the right above the list to download your .csv file.

Your file will download straight to the downloads folder on your computer.
