Introduction
Note: You can only return to an assessment if you logged in to take it. This article does not apply to users who accessed the assessment with a magic link.
To view all your assessments:
1. Click "My Assessments" in the menu on the left.
You'll see your assessments organised into two groups:
- In progress: Assessments you haven't finished
- Completed: Assessments that you have finished
Finding an unfinished assessment
To find and return to your unfinished assessment:
1. Click "My Assessments" in the left nav bar.
2. Click on the "In Progress" group.
Tip: You can sort your assessments by clicking the relevant table header. For example, to sort your documents by when you started them, click Started. Click once to sort newest-oldest, and click again to sort oldest-newest.
3. Click on the assessment you want to continue.
Note: You can only continue active assessments. Inactive assessments have been archived by your organisation, usually to make space for an updated version.
Finding a finished assessment
To find and view the end screen of a completed assessment:
1. Click "My Assessments" in the left nav bar.
2. Click on the "Completed" group.
Tip: You can sort your assessments by clicking the relevant table header. For example, to sort your documents by when you completed them, click Completed. Click once to sort newest-oldest, and click again to sort oldest-newest.
3. Click on your chosen assessment to view the end screen.
Adding notes to a finished assessment
Note: This action can only be performed by users with certain permissions to allow them to view and add notes to other users' completed assessments.
To add a note to another user's completed assessment:
1. On your dashboard, click on "All Assessments" in the left nav bar.
2. In the Active tab, click on the assessment template that you want to view the assessment responses for.
3. Click into an assessment in the table. At the top of the assessment response breakdown, you will see a box for Assessment Notes.
4. Add your comment in the box, and then click Add Note.
5. The user that completed the assessment will be able to read your note.
