Introduction

Assessments offer a streamlined way to automate decision-making. You simply respond to questions one by one, and based on your inputs, you receive a tailored decision, score, or outcome.

Answering questions

1. Click the answer you want. Then, press the "Next" button at the bottom of the screen. This will take you to the next question.

Tip: Read the text under the question for more information about it. To learn more about an answer option, move. your mouse over the information icon next to that answer

Save and return to your assessment later

If you accessed the assessment through a Magic Link without logging in, your answers won't be saved until you complete all questions. If you refresh or quit before finishing, you'll go back to the welcome screen. You'll then need to re-enter all your previous answers.

If you logged into Work Author to take the assessment, your answers are automatically saved. This means you can leave and come back later to finish it. Check this article to learn how to find your assessment again.

Completing an assessment

When you submit your answer to the last question, you will no longer be able to go back and change your answers.

You will go to an end screen with your score, decision, or outcome.

Note: If you accessed the assessment through a Magic Link without logging in, make a note of any important information now because you won't be able to see this screen again after you leave.

You may also see a unique Assessment Code on the report screen. Click on the “Copy” icon to copy all the code to paste it elsewhere.

If you logged into Work Author to take the assessment, read this article to learn how to find a completed assessment and view the end screen again later.
